Actually the mistake we made was to stay in Cancun! It is a horrible, pointless, trashy, americanised long strip of beach full of in-your-face hotels, restaurants and shopping malls!!! We made a reservation six months in advance to insure a good room. We selected a mid range room which was larger and a bit nicer than the others. One thing you can say about this place is, "it is what it is". Like others have said, if you know what you are getting to, not a bad place. Do not expect great food, but good food. If you like Buffett then it is a must see. Would go back for a drink. more

This is a good budget-friendly hotel. The staff is very friendly especially waiter Roberto and bartender Freddy.
