I just returned from a 5 night stay at the hotel. It was my boyfriends first time in Cancun and the beach frontage and pools exceeded our expectations. After two international phone calls and many e-mails the hotel finally reimbursed the amount charged to my credit card. Bottom line is, something like this should not happen. An hotel that considers itself to be one of the leading hotels in the world should communicate fluently with its reservation agency. We loved this hotel.
