We stayed in the main hotel - the room had 2 queen beds - VERY COMFORTABLE - with ample room and a huge semi-private balcony facing the ocean. The hotel has a beautiful pool complex with several types of pools all in one central area. One huge shallow pool for the pre-school set (about 1.5-2 feet deep), a true kiddie... more

Thank you for the detailed comments about our pool complex, we are happy to hear that you had the opportunity to cool off during the hot Cancun days. It is also good to know that you were able to enjoy our food options, including the beachside service. We are proud to boast a very varied and healthy kids menu for...

The Hilton Cancun is one of the nicer resorts, located in the southern part of the Hotel Zone. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is very nice and tranquil. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. I believe all of the rooms have ocean views. The rooms were nice, not overly luxurious but comfortable. The worst thing about this... more

What an absoutely wonderful stay Went there and upon check-in upgraded for a nominal amount to the villas which included concierge service as well as breakfast, drinks and snacks at "happy hour". The staff spoke very good english and were more than helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we will go back to the Hilton for another stay.. Thanks... more

This whole hotel is really pretty, but the infinity pool is a standout. The beach at the Hilton is also really nice. I highly recommend the tamarind margaritas at the lobby bar. more

We are grateful about your kind remarks in regards to our resort. While nature is to be acknowledge for the beauty of our beaches, we are certainly proud for being the resort with the longest beach in the hotel zone (600 feet) and a nice pool area for our guest’s enjoyment. We would love to welcome you in our hotel...

So I got a great deal on a hotel and air fare since I work for Hilton and the bad U.S. economy / swine flu / Mexican Cartel scare pushed prices to all time lows. I paid $19 a night for the Hilton in Cancun (normally $59 employee rate, Best available rate avg $159). My flight was non-stop from Dallas... more

We were looking for a 1-night accomodation before checking into our timeshare week on the Riviera Maya. After reading lots of TripAdvisor reviews we decided to book the Cancun Hilton and I'm really glad that we did. Hilton Cancun has several different room types to choose from & since our $$$ were limited we reserved the 2 Queen Bed room... more

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and contribute with what has helped you to choose your Hotel. It is also good to hear that your up grade request was noted and well accommodated upon check in. I have been here three times and I love the Hotel and grounds BUT all the Sand that was restored has been washed out to Sea. The main reason I goto this Hotel is for its beach and its gone. Word has it there restoring all of Cancuns Beach in Early 2010. Recomended, but not now more

Our stay started off badly with a surly registration clerk. We were charged a penaly for changing our reservation 2 rather than 3 days prior to arrival. Try to find the cancellation policy on their web site...good luck! The penaly amounted to being charged an extra 1 night"s stay...kinda a bad start of our relationship. After arriving in the room,... more

Thank you very much for your comments, we are sorry to hear that you left with the impression that there were few amenities to keep you entertained, as we have standard offerings similar to others in the area. In addition to our all of food outlets, we try to keep our guests entertained by scheduling daily activities by the pool...

We booked a spa package over Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. The room was gorgeous. The service was excellent. The spa services were wonderful. While it is a bit tricky to get past the rocks into the water, the Hilton has plenty of sand on its beach which does distinguish it from many hotels. I would go back... more

My wife and I stayed there the second week of Sept attending a large teachers meeting (mornings). Here is a comprehensive review: ROOMS: spacious, clean, comfortable mattress, small bathrooms, but well kept. Flat-screen TV, poor quality image. Some rooms have balconies, others only a rolling door. GETTING TO THE ROOMS: Only 3 elevators, with lines of people waiting outside. Emergency... more

Engineering TV Certainly a few weeks ago the Cable supplier company had some technical difficulties that were leading to poor quality image in the guestrooms TV sets. This company solved the issues by upgrading some equipment Elevators Even when the hotel have the recommended number of elevators considering its size, providing elevator service to a large group of conference attendees...
