We have just spent our first night at Beach Palace and I must say so far its great. The service has been five star and many servers use the words and attitude "my pleasure". We have stayed in most of the "big club" all-inclusives and this one is top 3. This with the price reduction makes it a great value. more

This was our fourth trip to the Beach Palace. The Staff are absolutely fantastic. Warm, Friendly and more than willing to assist you. The rooftop Bars and Pool have to be seen. The view is great. I like the Beach Palace because of their location. Two shopping malls within a 10 minute walk. Take the Buses, very safe and under... more

Check-in: Fast and friendly. They greet you with a warm towel and a glass of tropical juice. The ladies get a white carnation. Check-in took less than five minutes. The bellboys bring up your bags in minutes. Rooms: We stayed in an ocean-view room with two queen beds. It had a jacuzzi and a decent sized balcony with a double... more

My husband, 14 year old son, and I stayed at the Beach Palace with 3 other couples from June 17 - June 24. It was the first time my husband and I had been to Cancun since our honeymoon in 1990. We had a great time. We did not get an oceanfront room but still enjoyed our view on the... more

This was our first stay with Beach Palace…and will NOT be our last. We’ve been coming to Cancun now for about 8 years. Each year staying at a nicer hotel, but this time was the BEST! At check in you receive a white carnation, and a welcome cocktail. The front desk was professional, yet accommodating, it only took about 15... more

I just arrived back home from Cancun on wednesday after a week long vacation. I stayed at the beach palace for a week of paradise. I have never been in a hotel that made me feel famous before the Beach Palace. The cleanliness and friendliness were added bonuses. My room was ambient and romantic on its own. The food was... more

We honeymooned at Beach Palace and loved it! The pool was beautiful and very clean. The accomodations were brand new and modern. Very large rooms and excellent views from the balconies. Only thing is it is probably a little noisy when at full capacity since it is not a huge resort. There is no beach but the view is stunning... more

Just returned from stay ar BP from 5/16-5/23. Requests were made in advance through Miriam in Guest Services and all were fulfilled. Our room #412 was across from the elevator, non-smoking and ocean facing. When we arrived we were met by Miriam Pineda and Ailin Osornio who treated us like royalty. During our stay we were also very cordially attended... more

Just the facts: It has a '60's mod decor of Chrome and glass and funky shaped furniture. There was no Beach. The ocean crashed into a retaining wall in front of the hotel. The main pool was drained and being resurfaced the whole time we were there. They were showing the same movie (The bucket List) that I had read... more

We stayed at the Beach Palace May 1 - May 8. May I first say that our media has done a great disservice to Mexico where the swine flu is concerned. We saw no one who even knew anyone who had been sick in Cancun. There were only 27 people on our flight out of Charlotte to Cancun and 40 on... more
