We spent the week at the Beach Palace the week prior to the swine flu outbreak being announced. We did not get sick, and I wasn't surprised. The hotel puts obvious effort into service and cleanliness. It was not overrun with people despite being a busy week, and our two boys ages 10 & 12 felt at home there. They... more

Stayed here for three nights before traveling around Mexico some more and upon check in, we were greeted with a beautiful property and friendly staff. The hotel had just been renovated due to the hurricanes that had come through the previous year or two before. Anyways, the room was nice, two big beds, nice jacuzzi tub in the room and... more

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed at the Beach Palace the week after Easter. We were treated like royalty and had a wonderful stay. The staff went out of their way to learn our names and take care of us. Guest rooms are very nice and plenty spacious, even with that double jacuzzi taking up space (and going unused... more

The hotel was the perfect size. Great service, friendly staff...they couldn't do enough for you and always with a smile and often saying "with pleasure"! The staff around the pool made our stay fun and entertaining. The food was incredible too ...the restaurants were great. The wait staff served you always with 100% helpfulness, and quality in both service and... more

We've stayed at Palace resorts for years and wanted to stay at the new Beach Palace. We read all of the reviews, and spoke with the travel agent. All said the same thing; small beach but a great place. So a two families headed out only to find upon check-in that the main pool was closed for two weeks (in... more

We stayed at Beach Palace February 1st-5th, Super bowl week!! We absolutely loved Beach Palace, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Mexico and we have stayed at quit a few in Cancun, Puerto Morales and Playa Del Carmen. I was unsure how I would like the smaller hotel rather than the larger resorts and too... more

My husband and I staye here for 5 nights for our honey moon back in September and loved it. We arrived via the the hotel shuttle from the airport which was about a 20 min ride. As soon as we set foot in beach palace we were impressed. Nice modern style with a beautiful aquarium. We were greeted at the... more

1) Guacomole is fantastic! Try some at the buffet. 2) Bring some insulated mugs. Otherwise those ice cold drinks turn real warm...real fast! 3) Looking at the hotel from pool... Pesidential Suites to the right have the best views of the ocean and Cancun skyline. If you can, try and get one of these. 4) Hotel casts a shadow. The... more

First of all I must say that I was very, very pleased with my fourth floor ocean view room. The balcony really makes the room what it is and its just amazing. The bathroom was nice and clean with good products. The beds were comfortable with choices of pillows. The first thing that my best friend and I did was... more

We were so excited to arrive- Anticipating this trip. We stayed at the Moon Palace last year. This year we thought we would try the Beach Palace. There is NO beach. We did use the a bit of the beach next door, without any problems though. However, we spent MOST of our week at the Cancun Palace which is 3.5... more
