We had never been outside the US on vacation, let alone a resort. It was more than I ever could have imagined. I've been back 3 weeks, and I still can't stop thinking about the turquoise ocean, the beautiful pool, the great food, the unlimited drinks. My husband and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary. We decided we are definitely... more

This trip was a fun and relaxing. The staff was always very friendly. The ocean wasn't as bad as I read in other reviews. It was a small strip of ocean but there was no rocks in our section. My oldest daughter loved the waves. Room service was fair. You are better off going to the buffet and asking for... more

The Cancun Palace is simply gorgeous. Checking in was easy and you are greeted with flowers and wine in the lobby. The rooms are very clean and spacious. All staff in the hotel are helpful and nice. The restaurants were very nice. If you stay here, make sure to make reservations at the habachi grill restaurant - very entertaining! The... more

Cancun Palace provided a wonderful locale for a completely relaxing family vacation. We would definitely return with kids or extended family. Our kids voted it the best hotel in all of creation. (For a romantic trip for two, we’d probably go elsewhere.) Check-in: Smooth. Greeted with champagne for the adults and smoothies for the kids. Received adjoining rooms as requested... more

I want to base my review on what people with a baby or toddler can expect because I wanted that information before I went. We traveled with a 16 month old and a 2 1/2 year old. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and are glad we took them. Some of my remarks may seem negative, but this is a... more

Just returned from a week at the Cancun Palace (June 13-20th). My husband and I went wtih two other couples. We have stayed at the Cancun Palace in the past, but it was before the hurricane. I can honestly say this is the best place to stay.! The room we had was on the 12th floor. I can not describe... more

I took the kids to Cancun Palace (ages 18, 15, and 11) from June 5 - 11, 2009. My husband had to work, and I found this trip to be very easy for one parent to handle since it had something for everyone. Being all inclusive, I didn't have to fool with money. I took $200 in one dollar bills... more

We were at Cancun Palace June 1-8. It was a great vacation. This was our 2nd time to Cancun Palace, our friends 3rd. We were not disappointed and plan to return next year with more friends. When we first arrived, occupacancy was only at 20%, but was filling up more toward the end of our week. There is a beach.... more

My family has been going to Cancun for over 12 years and we always go to this hotel.. we have tried a few others but... more

There is enough beach as of May to make the water enjoyable. The rocks were gone when we were there. Waves were too rough for me but my husband enjoyed it. The nice thing is if you really want beach you can use another Palace for the day. It was already very hot by the end of May and all... more
