I have been to resorts all over and I found that staying at Cancun Palace to be just about the funest weeks I have ever had. The people there go out of their way to make you happy and always with a smile on their face. The beds were confortable, beach and pool were nice and the food was great.... more

Great people, great food, great trips, variety, several resorts to go to. freedom to take bus, only 50 cents to go to town or other hotels. great beaches. beach tho is wavy so not for a poor swimmer. more

my husband and i stayed at this resort for 7 days....service, staff and food were good..but when it cam down to shore excursions ----horrible.....im a travel agent and for some odd reason no one could help me book excursions......i was put off for a day and a half...then when we did book we were scheduled to go on a twister... more

Stayed here with my boyfriend - went for 14 nights. There's only one way to describe this place really - fabulous. We loved it. Entertainment was brilliant, staff couldn't do enough for you, food was delicious and plenty of it - if you fancued something in particular they;d rustle it up on the spot. Just brilliant.
