The bad reviews that have been written are by people who pay nothing and expect the world!! The hotel was brilliant for what we paid and the staff and entertainment staff made our stay very good. was initially given a small cramped room with no windows moved straight away to another room whcih had a sea view but there was no safe. so was moved again to a room with a safe, sea view and balcony, the staff seemed only too happy to move us possible to stop us from making any further complaintsabout the rooms.... more
