This is located in the downtown section of Cancun - Away from the beach and the Hotel Zones ... The downtown area has a whole bunch of really nice restaurants. The Hacienda is within walking distance from these restaurants ... Very close to Tulum Ave. It has a really nice pool and patio seating ... there is a full bar... more

I was looking for a hotel for a one-night stay, to conduct two business meetings, and move on. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. It was clean. The staff did their job. The room was clean and the bed was fine. The breakfast buffet was nice. The swimming pool worked for lap swimming early in the morning (before children took... more

This is a good hotel for business trips to Cancun. It is no frills, but has nice clean rooms at reasonable prices (I paid $85 USD per night). The restuarant is OK, only at there once. It has a nice pool area. The rooms are clean and well appointed with free wifi internet. The hotel is downtown, walking distance to... more

The Radisson is a nice place if you have a rental car and can leave to go exploring. If you stay you can also get to parts of the city that only the locals hang out which was really fun for one evening. We found great food everywhere around and Biscuits down from the hotel has an awesome breakfast. more

We arrived in Cancun on March 5th and planned to stay at this hotel one night before travelling through Mexico by car the next day. In one word, it was average. For the price I paid it wasn't any great surprise. Beds are hard and very small. The bar charges $4.00 US a beer. We wallked down the streeet and... more

We were booked into a ground floor room that smelled musty and moldy. We asked to check out another room up on the third floor and it was the same. By this time it was after midnight, we were too tired to argue. So, we decided to stay in the original room. We were planning to stay there two more... more

I recommend that travelers stay in the city of Cancun instead of the Hotel Zone. This is the best way to experience Cancun and the Radisson offers everything you could need (ex. transportation to the beach, a pool, tennis court, close to good restaurants) for a good price. more

The hotel is located in the town cancun and not on the hotel zone. It's a good hotel for 1 night after arrival, but that's it. The rooms are ok and the food aswell, but there is not much in the area. more

We stayed here for one night on our way back to the UK from Belize. It is within walking distance of the bus station, just, as long as you have wheeled luggage. Took us maybe 15 minutes at an easy pace, otherwise the taxi fare is about US$4. The hotel was actually more upmarket than I was expecting with free... more

We chose this hotel primarily based on the price as we were only staying in Cancun one night arriving from London. The hotel is located 'downtown' which is actually quite far from the airport and the hotel zone...and there is not much around it. However our rental car was delivered to the hotel, so we did not have to find... more
