Hola!! I first want to mention that there is a Ritz Carlton down the street if that's what you're looking for out of a vacation (I work at a 4 diamond resort at home). The resort was lovely. Rooms - I have heard of people getting bumped up at no charge to ocean view rooms from the standard "lagoon" aka mall view rooms...well done.
