I was with my wife and two friends on this Hotel, the best of all was the staff very nice, with a big smile all the time and so helpful. The room was good, nothing extraordinary but nice and clean. The food was the worst no to much variety and too all inclusive, the alcohol drinks was good. more

It's your lower tier all-inclusive in Cancun. Nothing special to write home about. The beer was cold, so no issues there. I just wanted you to know that they are consolidating the Solaris hotels. You will be moved to Grand Solaris until business is back up! My review is of the Grand Solaris....look there. But from the people that were there and booked at Royal Solaris and had been there before wished they were at Royal for the party atmosphere. more
