Air conditioner was loud, leaked and the main road was loud. Not a very good selection of food. They push their presentations and if you don't buy, you become lower class and they judge you. Its all about money to them instead of treating you as guests. more

Went to Cancun for the first time with our three small children. Stayed here through RCI, and absolutely loved the accomodations.
