The staff was amazing, they are always there to help.. The Bartender Alonso was by far the sweetest guy there!! They work hard, and do not expect tips, however, once we gave tips they reallllly took care of you even more.. Hi, The only thing I would add to the last review is that the front desk "MAY" try to sell you what they call a "mandatory" insurance policy for when you are "OFF" the hotel property. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS! They tried it on my wife and I and we almost fell for it because we were pretty tired.... more

The staff at the hotel is great but the hotel and its management are terrible. A/C is terrible rooms are hot !!!!! Had to go to Walmart and buy fans.
