The resort's website says it had tennis and a restaurant named Bogarts...which neither exists. There was an oily type of substance on the surface of the pool that we mentioned to someone, and they did nothing about it. First and most important fact is:THERE IS NO BEACH, NOT EVEN AN INCH, even though on their web site beach looks great. The room did have a great view and the location was quite nice but we mainly spent our time across the street at the Fiesta Americana. I wouldn't stay there again, there are other places where the beach hasn't washed away. more

If I have one negative thing to say about this resort, it would be they are doing false advertising...The NH Krystal has absolutely NO beach. The beach was destroyed during hurricane Wilma three years ago. It is so bad they are installing huge sand bags in the ocean to help break the waves before they hit the resort. Anyway enough... more

The Krystal is a hotel that opperates at two levels. When it comes to the physical aspects of a resort it is very clean. The beds were great. The view of the ocean was outstanding. Not sure if many of the reviewers stayed at the same hotel we did...the NH Krystal is not the Ritz Carlton, but for $250/night all-inclusive for two people that's pretty cheap.
