The staff was helpful with planning before we even arrived. Everyone was so polite, always eager to help with sincere smiles. The villa was immaculate, spacious enough for our family of five. My daughter was married on 7/11/2009 at the Omni Cancun hotel. Jesus Gomez coordinated the wedding with my daughter and did a very fine job. He was extremely responsive to every email sent to him. The decorations, food, music and particularly the wait staff was top notch. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. more

The service was outstanding from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They have a restaurant right on the ocean and Elias was the best waiter ever! Stayed at the Omni, lots of timeshare sales people, not much help in the other areas. The doors are VERY noisy so anyone trying to sleep will be awakened by the other patrons returning to their rooms late at night.
