We were really disappointed in the service and the room in this hotel. Make sure you ask for the ocean side of the hotel. We were placed on the other side and didn't get any sleep until 4am when all the partying stopped in Cancun. Another note: make sure your room is not by a stairwell or an ice machine.... more
