My boyfriend and I stayed here for an all-inclusive week and I had the time of my life! Granted, the front desk ripped me off when I exchanged US$ for pesos (so take a 5 min bus ride down to the little caracan or something mall and theyll be fair), the room key was tricky sometimes, and the food was... more

We booked this hotel through Sunwing Vacations who were great about getting us to and from the hotel and sorting out the room problem. We did not want to be right in the Hotel Zone. We were supposed to be in room 186 but the young fellow who carried our bags, put us in room 176 right above the lobby.... more

I did a lot of research on this hotel before booking and knew what I was getting into. My experiences at the hotel didn't ruin my trip (we are pretty easy goind) but I will never go again or recommend to any of my friends. We arrived and had requested an oceanview with a queen bed and balcony (i am... more

First of all, this is much better than you would expect by reading the reviews. We received an Ocean front room - 128 - even though we were a day late in arriving due to flight delays. The room had a great view from the balcony. Adolpho at the front desk was very helpful throughout our whole stay. He works... more

Arrived very late and we were the last ones off the bus. Previous travellers had been greeted at the Las Vegas style Hotels by smiling reception personel and when we finally arrived at ours, the lights were out and the doors were locked. Once woken, the front desk person gave us our room key and off we went. Wife got... more

I was a little scared at what to expect followng the reveiws I had read relating to this hotel but was more than delighted with the real thing. There were doing a little decorating at the time we were there but to be honest it did not disturb us at all and it was starting to look fantastic. I am... more

My boyfriend and I travelled to Imperial Las Perlas and I must admit I had a few reservations due to some of the reviews posted on Trip Advisor. Even though my boyfriend had stayed here a couple of times and had only good things to say about it I was worried about the comments about the dirty bedding and the... more

my partner and i stayed at the imperial las perlas for 7nights, from reading the reviews we were expecting a very basic accomodation, which is what we got but it was clean and the maids would do anything to help you, i agree from other reviews that the reception staff are unhelpful and never happy. we went all inclusive to... more

i thaught it was great!! all the staff were nice (apart from the reception staff they were moody and didn't really pay any attention to you). Due to the hotel being small i met loads of really nice people. just a short bus trip down the main road on a bus you have 2 big malls and all your night... more
