I really loved this hotel even though it was my first time in cancun. The only problem was the Lomas guy. Please be careful with Juan Diaz . We traveled in a group of 10 with family and friends. We were greeted with a cold scented wash cloth and cool drink when entered lobby. The staff was accomodating with every request. The food was top knotch and amazing, no complaints, just unbelievably delicious. This resort is so clean, I think they are cleaning 24/7, it is spotless everywhere.... more
