I came to swim in the beaches but there was no way to get into the ocean because the sand was swept away and there was nothing but jagged rocks for miles in both directions of the hotel. The pool was lovely. Transporation to and from the hotel is top notch. more

This is my second year to stay at the Royal Mayan for a work conference. The resort has immaculate grounds and the rooms are very clean. Service outstanding. Our stay at the Royal Mayan was an extension to our two week stay at the Royal Resorts. This was our second week in Cancun and my wife and I just loved it. The Resort was kept spotless and the people are very friendly. We will definitively return. more
