The Moon Palace, Cancun is the best all inclusive resort that we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived at the pickup area at the Cancun airport, till we left the island 7 days later, the entire staff experience was outstanding. We booked a Golf Villa which is quite a ways away from the other 3 properties on... more

Stayed at the Moon Palace Nizuc from June 14th to 21st and had a ball. After check in a bellboy brought us to our room and told us about the resort. Most restaurants were terrific our favourites being the Italian an Moon Grand and the seafood at Sunrise. Mexican at Nizuc good but service was a little slow. The Mexican... more

This place is a beautiful resort that is all-inclusive- a fact my friends and I were thrilled about. However, when you have an all-inclusive deal, you realize that the food and drink can never be of good quality. The food was sub-par in terms of quality and taste- most of it was fried and overly salty, nothing seemed fresh, not... more

We chose Moon Palace for our wedding for a few different reasons. We traveled with 14 others who were coming to attend our wedding. My sister had already visited a Palace Resort (X-Pu Ha) and loved it, we were traveling with family including some children (Moon Palace has a kid's club) and some singles (it DOESN'T require couples like a... more

My husband and I were at the Moon Palace from the 4th to the 18th of June, we had intially booked to visit the Azul Sensatori but decided to change hotels, we are so pleased that we did. Do not let the swine flu put you off, we saw no illness of this nature, and it worked to out advantage,... more

This was my second stay at Moon Palace but my first stay at the Sunrise side of the resort. This stay surpassed my last visit in 2002. My visit this time was for a friend's wedding which was beautiful. The Sunrise side caters to mostly families with children and most of the restaurants are on this side of the hotel.... more

Pros: The resort is gorgeous. The grounds are manicured. The pool is clean and huge. Lots of chairs and big towels. The beach is immaculate. The entrance into the resort is guarded so we felt fairly safe. The people that work at the hotel provide amazing service. The employees at the restaurants go out of the way to provide you... more

I stayed with my wife and 13 & 15 year old from 6/16 -6/24 and had a blast. This hotel is a 4 star, very clean and the staff were excellent. Food was your usual buffet, but the with the wide selection you could always find something you liked . The steaks were awesome! The oriental restaurant at Cancun place(Miyago?)... more
