I loved this hotel for soo many reasons. Absolutely great staff, awesome food and very comfortable rooms. The pool was not that big but very pretty. You can go visit the two sisters hotel: Suset Lagoon (bigger pool area and more party scene) and Royal Sunset (ocean front). All three hotels have good food. We ate at restaurants at both... more

We are just coming back from another trip in Cancun. I would recommend the Laguna Suite to everyone. They have a all inclusive fee of $200 per suite wich gives you all food, and drinks included to not only this hotel but also to the two other one they own. We Stayed here for 4 nights, it is a quite place. They have a free shuttel to thier sister hotels The Sunset Laguna & SunSet Royal and its easy get a taxi there. The staff are great here they make the place!!!!!!!!!! more
