I've been to the Royal Sunset about 4 times in the last 10 years and I think the service is better now than it was in the past, but it certainly doesn't compare with 5-star all-inclusives. There are not enough bars for this beach front hotel. There is only a very small lobby bar that is manned only part time... more

Hello Well there are two extremes to many peoples expereinces. I can imagine that some people did have a terible stay and other a greeat stay. I ahve stayed at the oyal Sunset about 4 or 5 times. The staff seemed listless and inexperinced in providing good service. We elected to not go with the "all-inclusive" plan which made us the party foul couple. Bought into timeshare. UGH!! RCI should have warned subscribers that timeshare promotion/rental program a fraud - all lies. We stayed on RCI Exchange @ Sunset Lagoon. Liked Sunset Royal more. Was highly rated by RCI. RCI needs to look at the Resort's overall operations. Filed complaint with RCI, etc. More to go. Numerous websites citing hundreds of complaints. Have ruined... more
