Didn't stay at the hotel here, but used the beach facilities because we planned on going snorkling (and the snorkeling here, by the way, is INCREDIBLE!). While we were hanging out, I started chatting with the guy who ran the snorkel rental place (Reynaldo). He offered to take me and my dad scuba diving for only $25 each! Well, if... more

Maybe the best location on the entire island. Incredible clear water with abundant fish for snorkeling. The smart traveler will snorkel here for $4 US instead of the more pricey Garrafon Park next door. The rooms are clean but a little worn and many need new air conditioning units. Juarez is the kindly gentleman who mans the front desk most... more

We had a reservation - obviously there is no such thing at this hotel. 12 people showed up and they bump us out of our room - had to show my cancelled check to get my money back - luckily I brought it with me. I got my money back two days later - But don't expect a room if... more
