This was our second stay at this hotel and it was just as good as the first one in 2007. The place is kept absolutely spotless, with cleaners on the go from 7 in the morning until late into the night. i want to start by saying the riu cancun is amazing. we had no problems. the staff is amazing very friendly and polite. the location is great 5 minutes from all the clubs. this is a must do. see u nxt year riu cancun!!!! more

Overall an excellent experience from check in to departure. Fausto at desk upon arrival a consummate professional. We were upgraded to a huge Junior Suite and cocktails were ordered for us as we were checking in. Room was huge, beds are a little hard but not bad.
