Found Salvia through VRBO.com because we were looking for something extremely inexpensive but nice since my daughters and mother were going. Booked the unit through Travel by Design and Brian & Bob were very patient and helpful with all the questions I had. I've been to Cancun several times and stay in the resorts so it was quite a different... more

Just got back from a four-day stay. Salvia was perfect for me. It's right by all the hot spots---Coco Bongo, Dady-O, Hard Rock, Senor Froggs, Carlos and Charlie's, and Bulldogs. I ended up spending my evenings at Slices right across the street. Small bar but great music and drinks and the staff was great. As for the condo, what more... more

We stayed at the Salvia in Feb. of 2009. It met & exceeded our expectations. The condo looks as if it is one of the older places in the hotel zone. The grounds could use a little work (which it appeared they were working on it). The lobby area was very nice and the person behind the desk was very... more

Our family of four just returned from Cancun after spending a week at the Salvia. We had a great time however the Salvia may not be for everyone. Our family consisted of two adults and two children aged 6 and 7. Here is our assessment: The Good - Excellent location right in the heart of downtown - Oceanfront unit with... more

We booked nine rooms from Cancun Wayne and were very satisfied. Wayne was easy to work with and even sent a left behind blankie and toy to my grandson in New Jersey. Eighteen of our family members stayed at the Salvia from Christmas through New Years and we all loved it. We had young children (a 1, 2, 3, 4... more

I have been to Cancun many times and I have occupied many hotels but the Salvia is by far my favorite condominium in which to dwell. The beach is beautiful, the staff members are friendly plus attentive, and the rooms are nicely equipped while beholding to the most spectacular views of the turquoise sea. All of this splendor, and it... more

Contacted vrbo, looking for a condo to sleep 5 people in 5 seperate beds. I made it very clear no sofa beds. Was put in touch with Judy. She rented me a 2 bedroom 3 bath suite. I made the reservation approx. 6 months in advance. Approx. 30 days prior I still had no confirmation. I am a prior owner... more

I, along with 3 other gals, and 3 teen age girls just got back from Cancun, where we spent a week at the Salvia. It was, as it has been for the past 15 years, fabulous!!! We had unit 501AB. The rooms were great, large enough that we all had plenty of space. (Thanks Judy.....again) We enjoyed the beach, and... more

I have stayed at resorts in Mexico for 20 years. All of the stays have been at all inclusive resorts. I decided to take the kids this time(teenagers) and did not want to be cooped up in a hotel room with everyone so I chose to rent the condo. The Salvia is not elegant. It is basically a hotel with... more

Well, I really liked it here. Just to let you know a little about me, I am a college student who was looking for a good time clubbing and excursions with 5 of my closest friends! This place was in prime location! it was a block or two away from Coco Bongos, bull dogs, senor frogs, EVERYTHING! My friends and... more
