Awesome recreational staff- especially Alessa, Ana, and Angel! Our waiter, Hilario, at Maria's restaurant gave us great service. The Mayan coffee was awesome. Our server, Julianna, by the pool was always on top of things.. Overall a great stay! more

Read all the reviews on trip advisor but so surprised that none mentioned the few things that did spoil the holiday. One was the lack of shade on the beach and by the pools, the ones that did have shade had towels on them well before 7am! In the end we had to go to Walmart to buy some umberella's!... more

I was worried about this hotel when my family first booked it. But when i got there, all things changed. Although we couldn't get into our rooms right away since we arrived before checkin (most hotels have a 3pm checkin), we received our All Inclusive braclets and were able to get all inclusive benefits while we waited for our room.... more

the service was great, and it was always clean. there was people throughout the hotel cleaning. the entertainment staff was overall friendly. the most friendliest were miguel and bierley who went to the clubs with my friends and i. there is a reserved spot in the clubs, which is very nice to have and the staff never leave the spot... more

I would have to say the only bad thing about this hotel was the lobby was so hot, no air conditioning the reception desk took forever.
