This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had with an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were marginal, the service was bad (2 - 3 hr wait at lunch & dinner), and food was HORRIBLE. Had to ask for washclothes, and one day room was not serviced until after 5 PM. Staff was not fluent in English. more
