Arrived on Thursday afternoon and received an ocean front casita! The a/c wasn't working and the staff went to work. They offered us another room but it lacked the ocean veiw so we waited. My wife and I stayed at the El Dorado Royale for our 20th anniversary trip. This is a first class resort! The food was wonderful, service outstanding, and amenities first class.
