This was definitely one of my best hotel experiences ever. As college students studying in Merida, my friends and I didn't have that much money to spend, but managed to get 3 days/2 nights all inclusive for 1300 pesos per person. Check-in was a breeze (free champagne!) and we didn't have to wear those annoying bracelets that a lot of... more

This hotel is GORGEOUS. I had so much fun in Mexico, and i would not wanna stay anywhere else. I am comming back this summer no doubt about it too. Its so gorgeous, peaceful, and relaxful. The food at the hotel was good, the service was pretty terrible but the food made up for it. The people were very kind... more

We went on a wild card with gotravel direct -DON'T EVER DO IT -it was supposed to be a 41/2* or better and wasn't even close-started with waiting for food at the non existing pool mexican snack bar that opened when ever they felt like getting to it. Not having enough lounge chairs for us to seat on, not enough... more

My husband and I stayed at the Bel Air for two nights because we couldn't check in to our timeshare until Saturday and I must say, it was a great experience. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne. All of the staff were wonderful and they were always there to help you with anything you... more

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in EVER...and we stay in hotels a lot! First, I booked online and we decided to go a day early. So, I called and they said that they had lots of vacancy, which is obvious because of the swine flu, violence, etc in Mexico. We showed up at 11pm after a long... more

I do not understand the bad reviews this hotel has. The food is really good, they prepare it for you at the moment. The staff, even if they do not speak perfect english, they try to do their best to help you out. The hotel is very clean. We got a nice ocen view room and the housekeeper did an... more

Management response from

Dear Mrs. I am deeply concerned at the remarks brought to our attention by your comments. First and foremost we have sat down with each departmental manager from the various areas where complaints were made. Proper procedures were taken to avoid any such occurrence from happening again. As for the condition of the suite we sincerely apologize. To encounter such...
