I was with a group of 22 that stayed at this resort during the week of June 15 – June 22, 2009. I had a Club Room. I have been out of the country 8 times – from cruises to all-inclusive resorts and I have to say this is the worst experience I have had for the following reasons: •... more

I was also a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, my family and I had a wonderful time. We hardly even left the resort. We ate and enjoyed most of the resturants (the French one was closed). The Magnus buffet is a good choice for breakfast/lunch because it's quick and has a lot variety (kids loved... more

Pros: This was our first trip to Cancun. First I would have to say that the staff at this hotel was very nice, arrived and checked in within minutes, the staff greeted us when we arrived as well. Every where you looked people cleaning, cleaning. The restaurants were good, not the best sometimes the food was pre-made and cold but... more

Vacation is what you make of it... First let me start off with my husband and I read all the reviews about Great Parnassus and Golden Parnassus. We chose the Great Parnassus because of all the restaurant choices. We went with an open mind after reading all the reviews. We had a GREAT time and met some awesome people. We... more

My family and I just returned home from a wonderful Mexico vacation. No swine flu, just tan and relaxed. The Great Parnassus is a beautiful hotel, with great service, activities, shows and decor. The kids entertainment staff are exceptional, they have activities and games for the kids from 9 in the morning to 9 at night. Everything from dance parties,... more

Let me start by saying that I have never considered myself a "hotel snob." This is why, at the last minute, we changed our reservations to the Great Parnassus. Originally we were staying at the Casa Magna Marriott (which I had been to several times before) for a wedding. Right before we left, I decided to do a little research... more

We stayed at the Great Parnassus June 10-18. We travelled with 3 boys ages 13, 16, 20. As in other reviews, kudos to the entertainment staff. They had the kids going from 10:00am to 5:00 pm daily. They really took time to get to know the kids and get them involved in everything. They were very genuine and really seemed... more

First, let me start by saying that while I'm typing this review, I'm still recoving from some sort of bacterial intenstinal nightmare. This place is an absolute joke! I spent my last two days holed up in my room because I was so sick. I've read most of the the reviews within the past several months of this resort and... more
