There were good and bad things about this hotel, however it's the little things that count. ROOMS - The AC didn't work at first but they did move us to the same type of room with working AC w/in a couple of hours; in speaking with other guests the hotel seems to have a lot of rooms with AC issues.... more

The hotel was good. We got our children the temporary henna tattos they give by the pool. A week after we returned home both my children broke out in horrible swelling and bumps where the ink had been. Took to the dr. and said it was an allergic reaction to the ink they used. Not to knock people who loved this place, but we just got back TODAY and this place sucks. We had the honeymoon package, which was a nice size Jacuzzi that was so full of green crud that we would not wash our dogs in it. The shower was the same, but we had no choice so we took a shower.... more
