There are a number of positive points around this hotel. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, and the modern style of the building is appealing. This is a fairly basic hotel, no ballrooms or swimming pool, or even a restaurant serving dinner. My wife and I stayed a weekend in October in the Neuthor. We agree that it was the best hotel we utilized during a two-week visit to Germany, staying almost exclusively in small and sometimes out-of-the-way places purely German. We just spent two relaxing nights in the Neuthor in Ulm. The double room was a bit small, but nice and comfortable. Our room also had a balcony facing the inner court fomed by several adjacent buildings and its bathroom was spacious. The room was very quiet and everything was absolutely clean.
