This place is a total heaven sent location !, away from the roads and noise. We arrived to a gorgeous welcoming drink, and very quicly had the bags taken to the room, they where in the room b4 us lol ! The food was excellent, room excellent,staff amazing ! We stayed in the Royal Golden section of the Akumal Resort. The staff was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and restocked daily with fresh linens and beverages.
