We went the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch on one of our shopping excursions. It was very commercialized like most Hard Rocks are, but it was very enjoyable. The food was awesome and the drinks were strong. Plus it allowed us to sit in some air conditioning and cool off a bit before returning to the markets. The only downside... more
Been for the first time in Hrc Cancun, the food was very bad and the service poor ! The second time we spoke to the manager ant told him from our previous visit. He offered us a free meal for compensation. It was very nice of him. The food was the second time very good ! We will come back... more
The food and drinks were good, not the best out there but at least is not terribly expensive. The athnosphere was just what you can hope for in a Hard Rock Cafe... Our waiter was a little grumpy but we had fun just watching his funny faces. I think if you go to cancun you should defenetly stop by Hard... more
The usual Hard Rock fare at inflated prices and with dreadful, slow service. A last resort, only. more
My husband and I visited here in June, and it was the worst Hard Rock we have ever been to. We have been to alot of them. This one lacked atmosphere, the food was no good and they didn't have any of the wine we wanted, so charged us more for a wine we didn't even want. The staff were... more
Went on a tuesday night for supper, portions very large and excellent food. The band was awesome, played excellent rock which was a nice change from the Spanish mustic 24/7. The band was really tallented and evey came to our table. Neat memorabilia throughout. The waiter was awesome. more
