We are traveling with our young children, so we really value the opportunity to dine in places with "authentic" Mexican decor plus Mariachi, etc. We were not disappointed at La Parilla. Not exactly sure how we stumbled upon this restaurant but it was worth the find!! We took the bus from the Westin and then wandered in the streets for a while till we found the place. Its off the path of all the tourist traps and feels completely authentic. We had a JUMBO margarita at the bar before being seated.... more

Prices were a bit high, but about what you expect in the hotel zone. Valet parking is a big plus if you are driving. more

Parilla means grill ... There are a few restaurants which have the name Parilla. So make sure you go to "La Parilla" ... there is a parilla just a few meters away ... It's a beautiful restaurant with real nice decor ... They have lunch buffets ... this is real good value for money ... afternoons are kind of quiet... more
