Took a bus downtown and walked to the restaurant from there....took a taxi back to the hotel. Worth the effort! Fun atmosphere, friendly English speaking wait staff, great food! Some of the vegies on the plates were simply unknown to us--different tasting potatoes, plantains, etc., that are tropical but good. Great fish dishes. Good Margaruitas and Pina Coladas. Good live... more

We were in Cancun only to make a 4:30 shuttle to the airport the next morning and were walking around near the bus station when a gentleman suggested dinner at La Parilla.
