The Puerto Madero was the only restaurant we went to that was full of diners. A mixture of locals and tourists. Great ambiance on the Lagoon side; attentive, knowledgeable service. Food was well prepared and delicious. My wife started with a spicy beef empanada that was very good. I started with the Tuna sashimi that was almost an entree size... more

We arrived and very impressed with the restuarant & atmosphere. We ordered dinner and when the food arrived, everything changed. As the waiter placed my salad on the table a cockroach crawled out. The waiter promptly took the salad and it's inhabitants away. When he returned he said that the manager said "it's summer in Cancun and sometimes that happens."... more

Recommend by the concierge and across from the Ritz Carlton, we took our kids (8 & 10) for dinner with a reservation. Seated quickly, then everything went south. When we didn't order alcohol, it was like we moved to the bottom of the priority list. Took a long time to place our order. There is no childrens menu (concierge should... more

I originally went on a girls trips to Cancun a couple of years ago. We ate at this restaurant and I came away thinking "WOW!" Fast forward to this past weekend. I had raved so much about it that my husband wanted to try it. Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. After looking at the menu and the descriptions,... more

We made reservations for 8pm two days before with a request for seats outside, but we still weren't seated until about 9:30-10pm at the area by the crowded door. We talked to the hosts plenty of times as they would just seat some people who just came in, WITHOUT reservations. I understand that they were busy but even the other... more

I have eaten here twice now, and every time is a wonderful experience. Beautiful lagoon, great service, and impeccable food. The price is steeper than other places, but it is worth the quality. I think they by far have the best lobster in the city (even better than Lorenzillio's) and our tableside Caesar Salad was perfectly seasoned. They also have... more

The food was over-priced. Further, we ordered Kobe beef and I had difficulty cutting it, so I doubt it was Kobe. Although he tried, the server didn't understand english, and they put us near the entrance despite being empty. more
