Omni easy to store groceries? |
|
Hi, Has anyone that stayed at the Omni in a standard room been able to store groceries like bread, sandwich meat, milk, beer, etc? Or is the refrigerator too small for that? just want to know if I can store a week's or couple of day's of groceries. thanks. |

andy Sorry, but no. The small fridges are locked, at least ours was. You have to ask for a key. They have drinks and snacks in them that are not included in the all inclusive. You have to pay for each item. They are very expensive, too. If you take anything out to put your items in you will be charged for that item, whether you actually eat or drink or not. I don't hink they will bring you up an empty fridge to store food in, but you could ask them. Pretty well all you can do is put a couple of bottles of water or beer in the ice bucket.

Guess I'm bringing a small colapsable ice chest with me. I had heard about the stuff in the frig. Even if you take them out to use the frig they will charge you for those items. So far this issue with the frig. is the only thing right now that I don't like about the Omni.
