I saw a lot of couples at the Flamingo when I was there in October. It is not a large fancy resort but is small and clean and the staff is fabulous. I enjoyed the food and drinks too. The (Albatros) beach restaurant has a great view of the ocean at night and is candle lit. Drinks are strong there and food is great. Also, Flamingo is close to shopping (across the street from Margarittaville and Flamingo Mall) and the popular bars (senior frogs). You can't beat the value and convience, esp. if you go AI!

I think the Cancun Palace is a great all inclusive. I've really enjoyed my stay there every time. You can stay at one Palace Resort and play at them all. There are several different Palace Resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Cancun Palace is by far my favorite choice. Great selection of food and overflowing drinks!! It is close enough to all the action but not in the middle of it. Wherever you choose - have fun!

Golden Crown Paradise Spa is a nice AI. Too bad you can't stay longer....you'll definitely want to!

Hi KAT, I live about an hour south of you in Mansfield, actully Hopkins is the only airport I have ever flown out of. My wife and I did the three night deal through Apple in september and stayed at the Tucancun, it is a nice place and we had a good time. The prices in January are high, except for the third week of the month they drop a little I do not know why, but this makes the second year in a row they have. I will be in town the 15th till the 22nd. If you have any more questions just ask.

If your looking for something not fancy, no kids and lots of entertainment, pool games and such. I would say the Blue Bay Getaway being it's adults only. Very open minded place though.
