No Jacuzzi rooms with balconeys. Your choices are one or the other. The rooms with balconeys are the Junior Suites so they have a sitting area and they do have jetted tubs. Plus there is a large hot tub outdoors. I've met some very nice people bobbing out there.

Sorry took so long to respond been working, There were a few other kids at the time we went. My teens did not mind they loved the pool tables. We did not visit any other palace resorts on this trip. We went to Isla mujeres and Chichen Itza enjoyed both but the Isla trip was much more fun the crew make the boat trip over great. You can book extra things on the boat like swim with dolphins, scuba, snorkling and can just charge to your room. We booked the royal dolphin swim at the chaza travel desk in the hotel dont mistake for the people sitting right next to the front dest they are the time share sharks. they will call you after you check in and tell you to come down to book your tours for the week then push a 90 minute visit to moon palace it took us over 15 minutes just to tell them no! The chaza travel desk is by the front doors the royal dolphin swim cost $125.00 each. If you have further questions ask away.
