It depends on what you mean by watersports. The entertainment staff usually organizes watersports in the pool like tequila volleyball, water polo and aqua aerobics. There is also people on the beach that sell para-sailing and jet-ski rides but they aren't part of the hotel. There is an Aqua-World booth by the pool where they also sell off-site excursion water sports.
