Hi all
I'am thinking of booking this hotel, but what time does the sun disappear over the top of the hotel (shaded by the building)? I will be going 2nd September for 14 nights. Sorry but am a sun worshiper (I'm from the uk I have to make the most of it) hehehe.
Hope this hotel ok for couples?

If you like the beach, you can get Sun until 5pm or so..The Sun at the pool, well it start's to shade some spots around 1pm, but there are spot's that will not shade until late afternoon...
It is a great resort for couples...enjoy
Does royal cancun have a roof top pool or bathing area?

No roof top pool...There is an outside seating area outside the 24 hr room that has a Western exposure..You could alway's go there and "soak" up the last few ray's of the day...
The pool is probably ok until about 4:30 in some sections as said before the beach gets sun for longer.
If you are in a swim up suite its gone early afternoon so you need to use the pool anyway if you want some sun.
Don't worry about that its a great hotel to go to. by the end of the afternoon you will probably welcome some shade after being in it all day.
