And, yes, the holiday season is through New Year´s but my guess is that the hotels that are open may have a high demand because a lot of the hotels are NOT open.

Thanks so much Jim! I was just sick to think that the hotel was closed as the staff was so thrilled to be back to work when we were there last week. The hotels was gorgeous, clean and so welcoming. This is a terribly unfair rumor! I am not sure how this got started, but I suspect that there are some travel agents out there that are being coerced to move guests on a quid pro quo basis. When business is slow the sharks start circling. I hope that those who are being advised to move by their travel agents will push back and not allow themselves to be manipulated. The GCPS has a loyal following for a reason and they deserve the business.
