Excellent Northern Italian cuisine and dishes made with locally sourced seafood catches. Good presentation, attentive but unobtrusive wait staff. After appetizers, I skipped the pasta course and went straight to the entree and then dessert. All in all, worth the expense for a gourmet meal in Cancun.

The carpaccio´s temperature was not ok
They brought me a glass of old Pinot Grigio and argued that it was fine until they brought the bottle to the table, it was almost an empty bottle so I am sure that it was opened a long time ago.
The meals were just fine
The coffee I ordered was served on a dirty cup
I did not received any kind of apollogy for all of the inconviniences, when this happens you don´t want them to take anything out from your bill but maybe a manager explaining you why in a "good" restaurant they offer this kind of experiences.
IIt used to be a great place to eat now is not worth the prices they charge, there are a lot of better placesand. It´s a shame since they have an excellent view of the lagoon from the new terrace... BTW they could have sealed the windows, you can hear the traffic while eating, not nice at all.

We eat here 2-3 times every time we come to Cancun. We own a condo right across the street from Plaza Caracol, where Casa Rolandi is located, and we joke that we bought at this location because of its proximity to Casa Rolandi. There really isn't other way to describe it other than outstanding. The service and food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
