Stayed at the Fiesta Americana from Mar 6-10, 2004. Three single women, with no particular agenda except rest and relaxation and had a wonderful time. We arrived before checkin, they stowed our bags and we hit the beach. I've been all over the world (incl'g Africa, SouthEast Asia, South America) and this was in my top 3 for most beautiful beaches. The staff was wonderful, the amenities were excellent... and the BEACH. Gorgeous. Go to Captain's Cove for breakfast (it's just quick 10 min walk down the street). They'll serve you lunch and drinks on the beach. For dinner you can go to Pizza Hut (across the street) for something cheap and easy. Or the hotel restaurant is fine, too. No complaints at all. We had 3 people in the room (at no extra charge) and the cot was large and comfortable and did not make the room feel crowded. I will be going back and staying at the Fiesta Americana.

We went to Cancun for our holiday and were more than happy with the Fiesta Condesa. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. We actually spent more time on the beautiful beach where we had plenty of shade and frequent bar/food service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially since it is one of the few hotels on the 'hotel zone' that does not look like a typical concrete construction. The food in both restaurants was great but we ventured out to the 'nite club' district a couple of times where there is also a great choice of food. Overall, a fantastic stay and would love to return.

Stayed there 3/21-3/25/04 . Had a great time- beautiful grounds and beach. Food was good, great at times, but never bad. We did all inclusive and would recommend it - drinks and meals can get pricey.
Staff was quite friendly. Concierge did try to get us to buy into their vacation club- which I think is a timeshare- but just say no! Our fifth time in Cancun and would definitely stay here again. The best part- no spring breakers.

My family vacationed at the Condessa from 3/11/04 - 3/18/04. I was concerned based on some of the reviews, the fact that it was Spring Break and that we booked a "super saver room". We were very pleasantly suprised. Our room was very attractive and quiet. The property is lovely and very well kept. There were a few Spring Breakers but they were well controlled. We planned some day trips via the tour guides on hand and got very fair prices and excellent trips. The resturants were a little expensive if you did the buffet but if you ordered off the menu it wasn't too bad. Although I'm not sure we would ever go back to Cancun (too many people trying to sell you things), if we did we would go back to the Condessa.

myself and two friends *-` (.... stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun for the past week, mar 19-28, and had a BLAST!!!! it was the best hotel ive ever been to!! the food was amaizing, the surf was great, and the accomidation was beyond excellent. So if your at home trying to decide which hotel to go to- youve found ur DREAM hotel!!!! ****NOTE this is the hotel where i met my future husband last year!!! so i would defenitly recommend this hotel
