“How Unfortunate...one bad apple”

How unfortunate that one "bad apple" could leave such a distaste with my husband & I for Mexico. This has been our second annual trip to Mexico & the trip to Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun has made it our last.
Buyers beware when using any type of credit card. Hard Rock Cafe was the only place where my husband used his credit card and the "gentleman" behind the counter conducted his "business" UNDER the counter; in doing so this "gentleman" duplicated my husband's credit card. A loss of $4,000.00! How sad for us - both police officers, trying to get away from the everyday "evils" we both have to contend with on a daily basis. Adios Mexico AND Hard Rock Cafe...whatever reputation you once had with us has severely been tarnished.

“Always A Good Hang”

In echoing my wife's (kguitarprincess) statements, you can never go wrong with the Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun. In fact, before the live band goes on (around 11:30pm) the bar waiters and waitresses get up on stage and do their Village People rendition similar to Coco Bongo, only there's no admission to see them perform! The live band is pretty good, they cover the whole gamut of rock from Classic Rock to Nu Rock and everything in between. And with Charlie the VJ/DJ playing requests, how can you go wrong? And there's usually some kind of "show" going on just outside the venue, ranging from a "frozen thinking man", to a performance by seals (who even pose for pictures). If all else fails, you can always count on this place for a good time.

The Hard Rock Cafe totally "rocks" no question. My husband and I got engaged last year in Cancun. We went to the Hard Rock... not only did they have our "wedding song"... they called us up onstage to dance. It was such a blast. We went back for our Honeymoon and just recently again for Thanksgiving weekend. They not only remember us... but also the tunes we had previously requested. The DJ "Charlie" is awesome...
and will play whatever customers request. The service, drinks, and food were excellent and extremely reasonable for the price. If you like good music, good drinks, and good food... in a real happening atmosphere...
definitely check this place out. Best bar/restaurant in Cancun for a good time.

My husband & i have just come back from Cancun & we has a brilliant time, it's the third time we have been their & every year it get's better. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe nearly every night. The staff there were amazing, we got to know them quite well, they cannot do enought for you & are so friendly.The band were really good as well & played nearly every night. If anyone is going out to Cancun they really need to visit the Hard Rock Cafe (you won't be disapointed). If you are looking for a good meal then the food there is brill as well.

As i say the staff make you so welcome is great & we have stayed in contact with some of them. Overall it's an amazing place.

HARD ROCK CANCUN IS AIRCONDITIONED!! You gotta look for the AC ! Great place - attentive staff - great food - tough to beat !
