The Cancun Caribe had everything within walking distance- restaurants, clubs, shopping centers. The staff was very polite, friendly, and spoke English. The hotel was always kept very clean and I felt absolutely safe! Thumbs up to Expedia who is located right in the hotel, providing guests with tours, tickets, dinners, and maps. The Cancun Caribe had all the luxuries and comforts as the high-priced hotels down the road at a fraction of the price! I will definitely stay here again! I love Cancun! Viva Mexico!

I highly recommend this Hotel. The beds could use some work as they are hard as a rock, but that was my only complaint. We stayed for a couple of days after coming from an All Inclusive Resort. The Hotel is located between Margaritaville and Senior Frogs. The room was great for the money. The water was good, I could brush my teeth without getting sick. The room was very clean. The pools were great and the Hotel has some great restaurants within the Hotel if you decide to just stay in. If you want to bring wine or beer back to your room they do have a policy that you are not allowed to bring it back. We walked out of our room and we had a deck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. There are some good restaurants in the area as well. I would stay there again.

I just went to the Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand this past week and i must say WOW!! Not only was it more beautiful then the pictures it was one of the best run hotels I have ever stayed in. We arrived and our room was ready, gorgeous and looked over the entire ocean just as we had hoped it would. We explored this huge hotel and found stunning pools, delicious and inexpensive food and fantastic service. We spent most of our time at the infinity pool over looking the ocean. We layed on the huge outdorr beds and we served coctails by the highly attentive staff. Fransisco, Jose Luis and Angelino were the best hosts there were. They kept the pool fun and made sure no ones glass was empty.

The hotel reservations staff and front desk were quick and polite to meet any of our needs while there. They recommended food and activities in the area and showed us how to get there. When we didnt go out to eat we ate at the Cocay Cafe in the hotel. They have different themed buffets everynight and the food is amazing and dinner is less them $20 USD per person.

If you are looking for a family vacation or a romantic getaway this is the place to go. Its within walking distance of shopping, food and fun. Its safe, clean and well run and a GREAT VALUE.. Dont be fooled by others.. STAY AT THE CANCUN CARIBE PARK ROYAL GRAND!!

I went during the 2nd week of March, thank god the weather was sunny about 85' everyday. I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. Very clean, everything is marble and the view to the ocean is incredible. The service is great, as well as the people who work there. Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand was about a 5 minute walk to the main strip where some of the restaurants were, and about a 20 min walk to the La Isla mall and a 10 minute walk to the main club zone. Right across the street from our hotel is also another club called Basics.

The only advice I have for this hotel is to book in advance or else the rate per night is really expensive, I learned the hard way due to some of my friends. Another advice is that it is really expensive in Cancun so bring a lot of money (get peso's from a US bank because the exchange rate will be higher than in Mexico).

I felt safe in this location because there were guards everywhere on site of the property to make sure tourists were safe even at 4 a.m. as well as doing a check in before entering back into the hotel. This hotel was a great place for me to stay because I thought it would be filled with crazy college students but it wasnt. It was very peaceful and a really classy hotel.
