We purchased this package on Expedia.com(more on that later)
We had a direct flight form DC, flight was good, packed but no problems, arrived, we found a ride to the hotel afte going through a bunch of options!
Almost everyone at the airport works for some time share company or resort so be careful or will be wasting time going for a sales pitch which is what our hotel was, a destination for the Royal club to make sales pitches.
They actually don't bother you if you are guest at this hotel however.
The hotel is nice, the beach is one of the best that cancun still has, I would definitely go back. we had a great time, we were their for 11 days.
Caution, stay away from the expedia travel desk! We spent over $600.00 on tours, only one was decent, al the others we bought were other sales gimmicks!, I could not believe it.
Expedia is ignorant to link themselves with kind of people.
i have had other issues with Expedia as well, their customer service has gone down to almost a zero!
I have used this company for years, but after spending 11 hours on the phone with them this last time, i will never use them again!
I tried to reach the CEO's office after I got back and was told, oh they don't take calls from cusrtomers!
Well excuse me lady, gues what? I am not a customer anymore
so you don't have to worry about talking to customers, you have one less!
What ignorant person runs that company now?
