I needed to get away from work and life for awhile to regroup so I went out on a limb. It was monday when I booked an inclusive trip for Tuesday to Thursday. I wanted to pay up front and be done with it. So I booked it w/o reviewing the location because I just wanted to get away.
My trips usually end up getting messed up somewhere along the way, but this was a first for me. A trip w/o problems. The best part of the trip was that the bars stay open until 5 a.m. I tipped 5 bucks to the bartender on the first day and he acted like I was a king the rest of the trip....money well spent.
The restuarants had better than average food. I was surprised because some all inclusive places that I have been to end up with some pretty crappy buffets that are not worth eating.
The room was not a luxury room by any means, but hey I was here to party not to lay around my room all day. The room was clean and very comfortable. The maid service was great. I did not have anything stolen like some reviewers had.
I don't normally return to the same place to vacation because I like to experience new things. This is one place that I would return to in the future without a doubt. I would recommend it for people who want to kick back with a drink and hang out at the pool.

Was there for 8 days with 4 teenage girls. Safe environment, clean. We all got oceanview rooms at no extra charge. Rooms are typical - clean. Not in them much so it really wasn't a huge concern. Food is plentiful, repetetitive but good. Tip for coming in late, only food available is in the hotel bar - they serve nachos and mini sandwiches. Do note - there is NO Beach - knew this ahead of time so wasn't disappointed but do be aware. You can walk the small path of what is left of the beach but its very rocky - swimming is hard because of so many rocks and strong current. Pools are good - 3 different ones to choose from. Location of hotel is good, bus is an easy catch. Staff is friendly - all but one woman at front desk - always in a bad mood! Good deal for the price. You want a Hilton atmosphere though - you best pay for a Hilton.

My husband and I went with 3 other couples for 6 days. We loved everything the hotel had to offer. The nightly entertainment was a blast. Picking a pool each day was great, though crowded. We were always close to a bar, wherever we were. The beach was VERY small and the water always rough, but still fun. We liked the location and walked the beach to check out several other resorts. The service was always great and everyone had a smile. We scheduled some excursions that were also amazing! I recommend a day at Isla Mujeres and the party hopper....like nothing we've ever experienced.

We went there thinking that we were going to enjoy the beach, to our extreme and very upsetting surprise, there was nothing there, the water was hitting the cement wall.
Where is the beach that shows in all the pictures? The advertisement on every website is misleading, you are selling something that is not there!!!!
False advertisement is wrong and it is against the law, you are misleading the people that pay a lot of money for a vacation, and instead we are being jerked out of our hard earned money!!!
We will be filling complaints against the travel agency that sold us this horrible deal, and we will hire a attorney in order to get our money back.
If you are looking for a beach vacation, go somewhere where a beach actually exists!!!!
The rooms were very small, the Hotel felt very claustrophobic, the restaurant was small, and the staff was very complacent with what is going on, regarding the false advertisement and misleading of theirs guest.
I will be adding the photos that we took that shows the non-existent beach!!!!! You will be able to see the big difference from the real hotel and the souped up pictures on their web sites.
