The staff at Le Blanc is amazing! The customer service is exceptional and definitely makes this resort worth staying at.

Some of the highlights:
The spa is incredible. Take advantage of the hydrotherapy before your service. We had complimentary massages due to a promo when we booked. We were treated like royalty. I wish we had more time!

The gym is extensive and has brand new equipment. They also have pilates, yoga and spinning classes.

There is a gift shop in the lobby where you can get almost anything you need. So no need to worry about packing sunscreen. They sell it all, even bathing suits, etc.

The beaches are so clean and nice and the water is great! The pools are beautiful and there are plenty of chairs and towels for everyone.

The tasting menu at the French restaurant is a must. They serve seven courses paired with four wines. The best meal we had the whole time we were there.

The Terrace serves great salads, pizzas and calzones for lunch.

Some things that could use some work:
The food in the Italian restaurant was okay. Some of the food was off (over cooked or temp was cold when should be hot)

The Asian (Oriental) restaurant had great atmosphere and service. Some of the food we ordered was really good but the texture of the fried rice was gummy and the tempura was think and gummy as well.

We didn't care for the selection at the International restaurant for breakfast or the Terrace for breakfast.

We also took a tour to Chichen Itza that our butler reserved for us. It was an all day tour but could have been cut in half. They stop several times to go to gift shops, etc before you get to Chichen Itza. One stop was about 40 minutes. After Chichen Itza you have lunch at a restaurant next to the gift shop they stopped at on the way there. They could combine the eating and shopping together to cut some time off of the trip. You leave at 7:30 in the morning and get back around 8 at night.

Overall I would definitely recommend Le Blanc if you are looking for an upscale get away. The service is incredible and the amenities are great! It is so worth the money!

We travel frequently for both business and pleasure and we have yet to find service like we expereinced at Le Blanc! Thank you Carlos, Sulmar, Raul, Tania (I hope you enjoyed the book!...and I LOVE my painting!) Marc, Alan, and the entire staff! You made us feel so welcomed! All the reviews are completely accurate and we enjoyed every piece of Le Blanc! It is absolutely amazing! I have been to the Cancun area many times and would never even consider staying anywhere else now that we found this little piece of paradise!

Before I start, we stayed at Le Blanc when the hotel was at 25% occupancy. My wonderful girlfriend took me to Le Blanc for my birthday. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, from class A-Z. There is nothing like Le Blanc in terms of service. Every single staff member wears a smile. The owners of Le Blanc should offer their training to airlines. The property is beautiful, not perfect, but very clean and peaceful. There are three restaurants, French, Italian, and Asian, that open at 6pm and an International restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and lunch, and a sit down dinner. They also serve food and snacks at a bar/terrace on the third floor. We made it to all the restaurants except the Italian. All were very good, overall the food was a 7 of 10. The buffet is much smaller than the Vegas style buffets at the Riu. The property is much smaller than most on the Cancun strip, allowing the staff to attend to guests’ every want and need. It’s over the top, wonderful, amazing. The bed is incredible, they offer a pillow menu, 24 hour room service, aromatherapy, flat screen, and so on. The second you leave you’ll realize the outside world is not the same. The taxi driver on way to the airport didn’t smile the whole time, the airline customer service agent was rude as usual, etc. Le Blanc sets the standard for service and, unlike the Ritz and other famous chains, they back it up with all inclusive drinking and dining. Go, leave now, and stay and long as you can. This is not a party hotel. Almost all (if not all) the guests came in pairs, they were relatively quiet, the median age was somewhere around 40. The music around the pool was soft and fun. My girlfiend had 2 spa treatments, she loved it. We went on the included jungle tour, it was so fun!

WOW!!! We just returned home from Le Blanc Spa Resort and it was by far the best place I have traveled in Cancun, Playa, Cozumel, and the Riviera Maya! The one thing that seperates Le Blanc from others is their impecable customer service. They have it down. You definitely get the feeling as soon as you walk in the door that their only goal in life is to make sure you are completely taken care of. This was throughout the 5 day trip. As soon as we stepped out of our cab we were greeted by Le Blanc staff offering us a wet towel for our hands and their signature beverage, a silky white coconut drink...yummy! Our bags were in our rooms immediately, no waiting around wondering when I was going to get to put my swimsuit on. Each floor of the hotel has a butler designated to that floor alone to help you with any and everything you may need. They had desks everywhere with someone ready to answer your questions. If you even looked like you were ready to go to the pool they were right behind you putting your towels down for you and even a nice fluffy towel pillow to layout on:-) The spa at this resort was the best I have seen anywhere....it was fabulous! The salon, fitness center, business center, etc. were all great!

We actually didn't know this when we booked, but Le Blanc is a Palace Resort. It is the creme de crop of the Palace Resorts. You are basically VIP and can go to any other Palace Resort anytime no questions asked and check out their facilities. My husband and I were married at Moon Palace 5 years ago, so we are obviously believers in the Palace Resorts. By the way, if you are looking to do a destination wedding, this is the perfect place! One of the best perks about booking with Le Blanc is that there are 2 tours included free of charge. The jungle tour which are those little boats you drive out on to a snorkeling area and then back and the other is the boat out to Isla Mujeras. Both of the tours are a blast. We have done both of them, but we did the Isla Mujeras on this trip and it is definitely worth going to see. There is a palace resort there which is okay, but I recommend you grab a cab and go into town on the island and rent a golf cart for a day. There is a little pub called Jax that has wonderful American and Mexican food. It's not scary....very americanized. Drive around and head to North Beach. It is absolutely beautiful and you will love it! As you walk down the beach, there are cool little bars all along. You can walk out into the water and there is a sand bar that you can float and hang out. You can see all of the yachts come in and anchor for the day. FUN!

My husband and I travel about every other month and we hit Mexico about 4 times a year. We tried this hotel because we heard so many great things about it and I am so glad that we did. We will definitely be back and maybe we will see you there!!!

We went to LeBlanc for our honeymoon and, due to the fantastic reviews, had very high expectations and we were NOT disappointed. Everything about this resort is phenomenal!! The service, food, location, beach, rooms, butler, EVERYTHING is fantastic!! Definitely recommend taking advantage of the included tours...they're completely free and you can go to Chitzen Itza, Tulum, and other locations (we didn't do these because they are all day trips, but heard great things about them). We did do the Jungle Tour (which isn't really in the jungle, but was SO much fun...you drive your own speedboat through the lagoon into the ocean, then go snorkeling---takes about 3 hrs or so). We also did the Isla Mujeres tour which was slightly disappointing (the beach/resort they take you to is not nearly as nice as LeBlancs, but there were fun activities to participate in while we were there, so it was OK). Make sure to take advantage of the free nightly 'shows'--the 'fire show' is outstanding! Also, beach volleyball and water-aerobics are a blast and are given every day!! We did take advantage of the 2 free 25 min massages and it was the best massage I have ever had!! Can't say enough about this place! It's also really nice because you get free phone calls to US and free internet in the business center. The food was OUTSTANDING!! The filet at the Italian restaurant was great, and you must try the "truffas" dessert (if you like chocolate) at the oriental restaurant! You can order lunch from the beach, pool, room, or where-ever you like, it's great!! The strips of cajun (grouper on guacamole and tortilla chips) are delicious and I don't even normally eat seafood/fish--it's on the 'snack' menu at the pool. If you are trying to decide if you should go or not--GO!!! We can't wait to go back!!!
